Software is one part of getting a business running. We do that part properly, and then we do the parts either side of it — the hardware in the field, the launch, and the years of running it afterwards.

Architecture, build and launch. Go on the backend, Flutter on mobile, TypeScript on the web.
Multi-tenant data models, payment integrations, offline-first sync, GraphQL and REST, background processing, observability. Shipped to the App Store, Play Store, Microsoft Store and the web.

Business automation
Replacing the manual operation with a system that runs it.
Point-of-sale, inventory, production, dispatch, reconciliation, approvals. The unglamorous middle of a business, turned into software that does not need someone remembering to do it.

Custom hardware
Devices and embedded firmware, integrated with the software that runs them.
Custom PCB design, ESP32-class boards, C/C++ and FreeRTOS, sensing and control. Smart metering, vending, parking, irrigation — hardware that reports into the same platform as everything else.

Launch and growth
Brand, go-to-market and the first real customers.
Positioning, brand system, storefronts, campaign infrastructure and the analytics to tell whether any of it worked. A product nobody can find is not finished.

Operate and run
We stay on the hook after launch.
On-call, incident response, migrations, capacity and the slow accumulation of things only visible on day 400. This is the part almost nobody offers, and the reason the rest is credible.

A costed architecture review and a delivery plan you own outright, whether or not we build it. The fastest way to find out whether we are the right people.
8–24 weeks
Build
A production system, delivered in working increments rather than one reveal at the end. Fixed scope per phase, re-planned between phases.

Operate
We keep running it. Incidents, migrations, capacity, iteration. Priced monthly, cancellable, and the reason the rest of this is credible.
