CPX Limited · Operations agency
We build the operation, not just the software.
Most agencies hand you a repository. We design the product, write it, put the hardware in the field, take it to market and stay on to run it.
Products that survive contact with real users.
Point-of-sale, marketplaces, wallets, dispatch. Go on the backend, Flutter on mobile, TypeScript on the web — shipped to the App Store, Play Store and production.
The whole operation, running.
Point-of-sale on the counter, the marketplace in a customer's hand, dispatch on the road. One system, one backend — and custom hardware in the field where the software alone cannot reach.
One system, from idea to money in the account.
Brand, launch, go-to-market and the operational tail. We are still running platforms we built years ago — which is the only proof that actually counts.
What we do
Five things, in the order a business needs them.
Not a menu of services. One operation, run end to end — which is why we can be held to the result rather than the deliverable.
- 01
Product engineering
Architecture, build and launch. Go on the backend, Flutter on mobile, TypeScript on the web.
Multi-tenant data models, payment integrations, offline-first sync, GraphQL and REST, background processing, observability. Shipped to the App Store, Play Store, Microsoft Store and the web.
- 02
Business automation
Replacing the manual operation with a system that runs it.
Point-of-sale, inventory, production, dispatch, reconciliation, approvals. The unglamorous middle of a business, turned into software that does not need someone remembering to do it.
- 03
Custom hardware
Devices and embedded firmware, integrated with the software that runs them.
Custom PCB design, ESP32-class boards, C/C++ and FreeRTOS, sensing and control. Smart metering, vending, parking, irrigation — hardware that reports into the same platform as everything else.
- 04
Launch and growth
Brand, go-to-market and the first real customers.
Positioning, brand system, storefronts, campaign infrastructure and the analytics to tell whether any of it worked. A product nobody can find is not finished.
- 05
Operate and run
We stay on the hook after launch.
On-call, incident response, migrations, capacity and the slow accumulation of things only visible on day 400. This is the part almost nobody offers, and the reason the rest is credible.

Live product
This is not a mockup. It is Tuesday.
Every screen here is a capture from a platform we built and still run — a real catalogue, a real cash tender, a real confirmed order. We can show you the system working because we are the ones keeping it working.
Selected work
Systems we built. Some we still run.
Lupply
OperatedA multi-sided commerce platform — point-of-sale, inventory, kitchen production, wallets, payments, marketplace storefronts and last-mile delivery — across five connected products on one Go backend.
Shuri Education
A UK education platform covering course delivery, enrolment and the administrative workflows behind them — including holding up under launch-month traffic.
Lunar Finance
Backend and infrastructure for a DEX aggregator — routing, quoting and settlement against on-chain liquidity, built for throughput and correctness under volatile conditions.
The Offshore Lab
An enterprise web platform for a Nigerian and UK integrated services company, covering the corporate presence and the content operation behind it.

One system
The counter and the customer, on the same backend.
Merchant and marketplace are two faces of one platform. That is the difference between a set of apps and an operation.

Engagements start with a short, costed discovery sprint — an architecture review and a plan you own, whether or not we build it.
