An education platform delivered for a United Kingdom client, covering course delivery, enrolment, and the administrative workflows that sit behind both.
What the work involved
The visible half is a course catalogue and enrolment flow. The half that took the time was everything behind it: an administrative dashboard for staff, media handling for course content, and APIs sturdy enough that the admin side and the public side could evolve independently.
Launch month
Launch traffic is the moment a platform finds out what it actually is. Capacity was managed through the surge, and the operational tail afterwards — support workflows, content updates, the small breakages that only appear with real users — was handled rather than handed over on day one.
